With ambitions of building fast cars and rockets as a young Aussie kid, Sean Ferres (BIGMOO) had an early obsession with all things electronic. It was no surprise that the trajectory of his life changed forever when he discovered electronic dance music as a teenager. After hearing a local Brisbane radio station play a glitchy club beat by Deadmau5, Sean was hooked and quickly dropped his engineering degree to pursue a career in dance music. Fast forward ten years and BIGMOO’s releases have been streamed over 20 million times and garnered support from top DJs including Tiesto, Afrojack, R3hab, Timmy Trumpet, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Showtek, KSHMR, W&W, Nicky Romero and Blasterjaxx. With shows at the Ultra Europe Boat Party and Beachville stages, Synergy Summer Festival (NL), Zeus (HKG), The Family (BNE), Brisbane City Hall as well as collabs with Sevenn, Klaas, Pink Panda, Fatman Scoop, Titus and Raven & Kreyn under his belt, the future is looking BIG.
